The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Rick Hecht, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.

It was moved by Stock and seconded by Bensley to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Stock to set the date for the 2012/13 county budget public hearing for Tuesday, March 6, 2012, at 10:30 am. Ayes all, motion carried.

The Board and the Auditor discussed changes and updates to the county personnel policy. The policy with the changes and updates will be reviewed on February 7, 2012.

The County Engineer updated the board on activities of the county road crews.

With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
