The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Rick Hecht, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.

It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Stock to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried.

Sherri Wilson, Sac County Zoning Officer, presented a Master Matrix proposal for the Board’s consideration. Maschhoff Environmental, located in Section 32, Richland Township, had applied for an increase in the animal unit capacity with no construction at an existing site.

It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Stock to approve the Matrix and the change in the operation. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Stock and seconded by Bensley to initiate a waiting list policy for non-mandated mental health services for Sac County consumers effective January 24, 2012, as recommended by Lisa Bethune, Sac County CPC. Ayes all, motion carried.

Rick Hunzaker and Jim Burns from Region XII Council of Governments presented a funding request for 2012/13 not to exceed $17,500. No action was taken.

There was no report from the County Engineer.

With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
