The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jack Bensley, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.

It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Stock to amend the agenda to consider the mileage rate reimbursement change made January 11, 2011. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Stock and seconded by Hecht to approve the agenda as amended. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Stock to make the mileage rate reimbursement at 45 cents per mile retroactive to January 1, 2011. Ayes all, motion carried. The original motion stated the change was effective January 11, 2011.

It was moved by Stock and seconded by Hecht to set a public hearing date of Tuesday, March 8, 2011, at 10:30 am for the proposed 2011/12 Sac County budget. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Stock to table any action on appointments to the Sac County Board of Health until Tuesday, February 1, 2011. Ayes all, motion carried.

The Board reviewed the Engineer’s report on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.

With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
