The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Rick Hecht, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.

It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Stock to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Stock to approve a building permit for an addition to an existing building located in a transition zone near Early, Iowa. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Stock and seconded by Bensley to cancel outstanding warrants numbered 2006129209 in the amount of $776.25 and 67609 in the amount of $453.23 as recommended by CPA’s during the regular audit procedure. Ayes all, motion carried.

The Board reviewed the Engineer’s report on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.

With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
