The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Rick Hecht, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.

It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Stock to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Stock to approve an application submitted by Frontier Communications of Iowa to bury cable through DD 71, Sub – 1 between Sections 5 and 6 of Jackson Twp, Sac County. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Stock and seconded by Bensley to approve a claim submitted by Sac County Engineer for $333.76 to widen a field entrance in Section 35, Douglas Twp. Ayes all, motion carried.

This bill will be paid by DD 81 as part of the repairs to that district.

It was moved by Stock and seconded by Bensley to re-appoint the members of the Sac County Condemnation Compensation Commission in eminent domain proceedings for 2009. Ayes all, motion carried.

The Board reviewed the county engineer’s report of activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.
