The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Rick Hecht, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.

It was moved by Stock and seconded by Bensley to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Stock and seconded by Bensley to approve an application submitted by the City of Wall Lake Electric to bury cable in the Right of Way of DD 60, Lateral 1. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Stock and seconded by Bensley to approve a proposed surface pipe repair in Joint DD 181, BC, MOD located in Section 27, Cedar Twp, Pocahontas County for an estimated cost of $1000.00. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Stock to approve a proposed tile repair in Jt DD 64 Sac and 105 Buena Vista located in Section 1, Delaware Twp Sac County for an estimated cost of $556.50. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Stock and seconded by Bensley to approve a proposed beaver dam removal in DD25, located in Section 16, Coon Valley twp for an estimated cost of $350.00. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Stock to approve a proposed tile repair in Jt DD 44 Sac and 182 Calhoun located in Section 38 Coon Valley Twp Sac County for an estimated cost of $750.00. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Stock and seconded by Bensley to approve a tile investigation in DD 84, Sub Main A located in Section 21, Jackson Twp for an estimated cost of $350.00. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Stock to approve a proposed tile repair in Jt DD 44 Sac and 182 Calhoun located in Section 1 Sac Twp, Sac County for an estimated cost of $350.00. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Stock and seconded by Bensley to approve a proposed tile repair in Jt DD 90 Sac and 290 Calhoun, Branch Tile 1 located in Section 38 Sac Twp Sac County for an estimated cost of $900.00. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Stock to approve a proposed open ditch repair on Jt DD 19 Sac and 26 Buena Vista Main Open Ditch located in Section 21 Douglas Twp Sac County for an estimated cost of $1300.00. Ayes all, motion carried.

The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.

It was moved by Bensley and seconded by Stock to approve the D. O. T. budget and program for fiscal year 2009-10. Ayes all, motion carried.

The Engineer reviewed a utility easement application submitted by Jim and Mary Dowling and Brian and Jackie Mahler to place a 3” water line in the right of way along Rolfe Ave, 270th Street and Sierra Ave. The Engineer, road superintendent, the contractor and the applicants will meet on site to discuss location.
