The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jack Bensley, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.

It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Stock to approve the agenda as posted. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Stock and seconded by Hecht to approve and adopt the revised Sac County Handbook of Personnel Policy and Office Procedures effective November 1, 2006. Ayes: Hecht, Stock and Bensley; nays none, motion carried.

It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Stock to call for a public hearing on a proposed ordinance regulating the sale of keg beer in Sac County. Ayes all, motion carried. The public hearing is set for 10:15 am on Tuesday, November 21, 2006 in the Board Room of the Sac County Courthouse.

Ed Rohner, representing the Sac County Professional Paramedic Association, was present to receive the Board’s proposal to that agency’s union contract for fiscal year 2007-08. No action was taken.

The County Engineer updated the Board on activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.

It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Stock to call for a public hearing on Tuesday, November 21, 2006, to consider the disposition of approximately 4.5 acres of county property located South of Sac City on Shasta Ave. Ayes all, motion carried.

With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
