The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jack Bensley, Chairman, presiding. The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.

It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Stock to amend the agenda to consider action on two outstanding warrants. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Stock and seconded by Hecht to approve the agenda as amended. Ayes all, motion carried.

It was moved by Stock and seconded by Hecht to approve an amendment to the Local Planning and Administrative Assistance contract through the Region XII Council of Governments for the county zoning ordinance development. Ayes all, motion carried. The amendment extends the completion date to December 31, 2006.

Earl Hardisty, County Attorney, advised the Board that a settlement had been reached concerning a lawsuit between Sac County and James Bullock dba Bullock Veterinary Hospital.

It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Stock to cancel two outstanding warrants issued to Bullock Veterinary Clinic totaling $4,790.04 and to issue a warrant to Bullock Veterinary Clinic for $13,543.04. Ayes all, motion carried.

The county engineer could not be at the board meeting but submitted a report on the activities of the county road crews and the status of current maintenance and construction projects.

With there being no further business, on motion, the meeting was adjourned.
