The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jack Bensley, Chairman, presiding.
The minutes of the last meeting were read and approved.
It was moved by Hecht, seconded by Stock to amend the agenda to include signing the flex benefits packet. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Stock, seconded by Hecht to appoint Neil Steinkamp to the Magistrate Appointing Committee. Other members
being Phyllis Pontious and Mike Olerich. Ayes all. Motion carried.
It was moved by Hecht, seconded by Stock to make an assessment on Drainage District 60 Lateral 1 of 1450%,
with 10 year waiver plans and DD 60 MOD of 73% and no waiver plans available. Both drainage are delinquent October 1, 2003
with an assessment date of September 1, 2003. Ayes all. Motion carried.
Terry Johnson of Genesis Development was present to discuss rates with the Board. At the present time one person
from Sac County is being served. Genesis Development is asking for a 2% increase in their rates, that would amount to $168.00 per year.
The Board took no action, they will visit the Sac County CPC.
Ron Haden, Sac County Engineer, was present to discuss projects that are underway. It was moved by Hecht,
seconded by Stock to approve Project No BROS-CO81(47)-8J-81, agreement No 3-03-HBRRS-014 in Eden Township. Ayes all. Motion carried.
There will be a department head meeting May 13th at 9:00 in the Board Room to discuss the State’s “Reinventing Government” figures.
All claims were approved as listed on the claim’s register in the Auditor’s Office.
There being no further business, on motion, the meeting was
