The Sac County Board of Supervisors met in regular session with all members present, Jack Bensley, Chairman, presiding.
The minutes of the last meeting were approved as submitted.
It was moved by Stock and seconded by Hecht to amend the agenda to include action on drainage claims and a
letter to Clipper Windpower Development. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Stock and seconded by Hecht to authorize the County Auditor to cancel outstanding warrants
totaling $3376.17 in the General Basic Fund, $1128.92 in Mental Health Fund, $1332.62 in Secondary Road Fund, $42.60
in Emergency Management Fund, and $233.70 in E911 Service fund. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Stock and seconded by Hecht to approve the drainage claims as submitted. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Hecht and seconded by Stock to direct the Chairman to sign a letter assuring Clipper Windpower
Development Company, that Sac County is not zoned and that no special use permits or variances will be required. Ayes all, motion carried.
It was moved by Stock and seconded by Hecht to approve the claims as listed on the claims register in the Auditor’s office. Ayes all, motion carried.
Colin McCullough, Attorney for Black Hawk Lake Development Corp., presented a proposed plat of subdivision for a
certain area South of Black Hawk Lake. Ron Haden, County Engineer, updated the Board on activities of the county road crews.
