Monthly Immunization Clinics |

Child immunization clinics are held every month,
usually the third Thursday, at 3:00 PM in the Sac
County Health Service office. Call our office at (712)
662-4785 or (800) 967-3984 to make an appointment.
Please have your child's immunization card with you
when you arrive.
Because our vaccine is supplied from the State of Iowa
through the VFC (Vaccine For Children) program, IF YOU
HAVE IMMUNIZATION INSURANCE COVERAGE, we will be
unable to give your child their immunizations and we'd
encourage you to contact your local doctor's office.
If you receive a reminder card for your child in the
mail and you DO have insurance and won't be using our
services, please call our office at the phone number
listed above so we can take your name off of our list. |
